    Should your account pass the allocated amount we reserve the right to suspend the account until the start of the next allocation, suspend the account until more bandwidth is purchased at an additional fee, suspend the account until you upgrade to a higher level of package, terminate the account and/or charge you an additional fee for the overages.

    Unused transfer in one month cannot be carried over to the next month.

    For VPS with Virtfusion Control Panel, the network will be limited to 500kb/s once the allocated bandwidth is used up. For SolusVM, VPS will be suspended.

    I bought an "1010 Birthday SG" VPS a while ago, well it was my lucky day.

    Now the VPS is inaccessible, even when 60 ping or 100 ping, SSH terminal session could not be established.

    And all the technical support guy can say is: "it is not our server problem", lmao.

    Birthday promo is a joke.

    Anyone who bought any promo package, remember ping it daily to make sure your server is there.

    Do you have a ticket number? Not sure what you mean 60 ping or 100 ping, we do not see any issues in SG now.

    does ipv6 run out of the box on ubuntu in the /64 locations?

    There is no rdns for IPv6 yet, but maybe @NDTN has an update?

    Just need a little bit more time on Shared hosting. We are busy with deploying new locations, training the current L2/L3 techs and testing our Ceph/Openstack.

    We only provide rDNS for IPv4 now, you can open a ticket to request the rDNS update.

    Happen from 12-AUG until now.

    There is a network outage at our datacenter (ViettelIDC) in Vietnam now. They are working to resolve the issue

    Are you mistaken us with other provider? Both our locations (Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City) are working normally, they are on FPT datacenter, not ViettelIDC.
