    Hetzner cloud should be the cheapest, and have all the tools for interoperability among the vms. Volume support, private networks, vm group based firewalls etc.

    Or, you can go through these given offers in the thread. Most of them are reputable, but do a thorough check before investing your money on a seemingly large project.
