slicehosting.tech VPS does not get Bandwidth

Its mentioned in their website, Included With Every Plan
Xeon E5-2696 v4
500 Mbit/s Uplink
10TB Bandwidth
10 Gbit/s DDOS Protection
But Speed is noway near to 1Mbps when tested from VPS

    This. I haven't directly witnessed Slicehost yet but it seems to be somehow involved in the whole clusterfuck around these hosts/guys. Avoid with a capital A.
