RETN is good in Estonia, but CITIC (former Linxtelecom) not so much anymore, many local hosting providers have moved their servers to other data centers. So RETN + InfonetDC is good choice in Estonia. Hope to see maybe some NVME vps in the future..
I have servers in Linx's DC and they all work just fine, but my provider uses RETN IIRC. Don't know what the DC means here (since Linx doesn't have his own transit IIRC, not like HE which has several DCs and offers his own transit). That probe is under Gcore's Russian entity (EdgeCenter) so that's why it has great connectivity.
Minsk - HostSlim Tallinn is also around 18ms which is great too. Very happy honestly, I really love RETN network.
In my opinion, Netherlands & Estonia is a good combination of locations to have. Maybe outside EU as well?
