My bad, did not see that. But $30 is a pretty low budget, even in the US.
While CubeData does has some rack space after I upgraded from a quarter cab to a half cab, $30 a month is very low and I rather not deal with the risks associated with someone else having access to the rack due to the very low budget.
I get it, but you're going to need to up your budget a lot more, as most colo providers like Psychz in Dallas charge at least when I had a single server $69/month and if you needed IPMI/iLO/etc access it was $79/month.
