Going by your budget Qemu on localhost seems to be the best fit.
8GB/€1.25/monthly is insanely
Not impossible

pay a peanut with high end server expectation
Good luck with your budget
Congrats on your first post
If you get something at that price my guess is that it is with a CPU that isn't suitable for game hosting or a host that is deadpooling soon.
Somtimes it is cheaper to pay more.
If you are fine with Altra instead of AMD or Intel and willing to fill your personal and credit card
CPU 4 Altra Ampere 3.0GHz
RAM 24 GB
BW: UNMETERED on 32Mbps, Burstable up to 4Gbps , UNLIMITED BW. Unmetered Inbound
STORAGE: 250GB
1$ per month , additional 50gb storage cost 1$ per month
CPU 4 Altra Ampere 3.0GHz
RAM 8GB
BW: UNMETERED on 32Mbps
STORAGE: 30GB

website address is?
Maybe you should mean Oracle oci cloud?
i'm don't have an account,in this time..
Wasn’t Oracle Cloud free? I have multiple accounts and only paid once I provisioned too much storage. Never paid one penny again.
3€ not possible, since I'm also using vps for game server hosting but 8GB for 3€ is really not possible gonna follow this thread if it is possible I'm gonna take a chance to test it
The cheapest is 3.28 €/month (billed monthly) or 2.62 €/month (billed yearly):
Layer7
2 Intel Cores (shared)
8192 MB RAM
80 GB NVMe
25600 GB/month bandwidth
1.0 Gbps port speed
IPv4 + IPv6
Germany
You gotta compromise on ~30 €-cents and 1 Gbps bandwidth. Affy & no affy links to offer.
Looking for AMD Ryzen, 128gb ram, 500GB Storage, dedicated server for €240/year.
Location anywhere.
If I remember correctly, Aeza don't let you continously use 8GB on the 8GB deal.
c1v VPS 8gb is the only one I can think that has 8gb memory and under €12/year
it does come with free headaches of abrupt downtimes.
Price: $3/mo

Cool
Closest VPS I have is 4C Intel 8GB for $22/year and 1C Ryzen 4GB for $6/year
Your budget for 10 Gbit port + 8 GB is a bit low.
Aquatis has 2 vCore 8gb 10gig port VPS for $3 month (Washington and Dallas Texas locations)
Its 50GB additonal Storage so it charged around 1$ , It lucky that you multiple account .
I used my relative credit card but account live like nearly year and got purged.
Then make it
2+ years ago it was quite easy to register accounts, I could even register using my prepaid debit cards (not real credit cards).
When trying to register again later it has been getting harder and harder. Now it’s close to impossible for me to register another account lol. Not sure if it’s because I registered from the same IP or using the same name, same credit cards.
Maybe try changing the subscription model to pay-as-you-go will prevent terminations.
how do you grab a aff link that directly sends to the order of the product?
As per their wiki they'll shut it off if you continuously use too much, I have not tried it personally though.
But for OP's budget, it's reasonable
Append &pid=PRODUCTID to the aff.php link you get from the provider.
You can get the PID of any product via your browser's network console when you click on "Order now" from WHMCS (or most websites will just let you copy the URL for the Order now button).
thanks.
I'm already in. but
CPU not possible powerful...
so posting this.
...
well, how much is your budget ?
You can't expect Audi for the price of Ford Fiesta
Can you help me with this? I don't understand where to grab the PID

@davide or @layer7 may be able to help you with that. Layer7 does it differently seems like, I've always used my method and worked on 99% of providers.
Pay a peanut , get a monkey
Just think about how provider get profit from your requirement and usage with that 3$ budget , not even just cost cut , it pure loss
