Most dedicated server providers should allow file sharing as long as its legal.
You may have an issue if you start going over your bandwidth though.
Its user uploading so maybe illegal files maybe uploaded but soon be deleted by us.
As long as DMCA issues are dealt with you should be fine, you need to list it somewhere so any copyright holders know how to contact you.
