Mangomail: Can't change client email's password

edited July 2024 in Help

A simple question. I just order a package with Mangomail, then create a few email addresses for my staffs. They asked to change their password after login. And... I really don't find any way to do it in Webmail UI.

See their docs: https://mymangomail.com/docs/articles/mango-webmail

Is this a stuck there?

  • Yes, because default roundcube doesn't allow the password change. They should configure it to have that feature.

Yes. Long back i tried to submit a proposal for a large organization for webmail services, but after understanding this, i stepped back.

Sorry, so their service doesn't have a ticketing system or a contact service, which is why this needs to be asked here?

Why ask provider when you can just post here.

Because likely provider did not answer and people need some inner relief. #LowEndTherapy
