Looking for China outbound bandwidth in Japan or Hong Kong
Looking for China optimized bandwidth (CT CU CM, cn2, ctg etc...) in Japan or Hong Kong that will let me send with my prefix, no BGP needed but I can use that if there's a BGP community to not announce the prefix, I'm already receiving through NTT.
Also open to Los Angeles if it is much less expensive.
Don't need much bandwidth, probably will use less than 300gb per month, though maybe we'll get more users if it works out.
Don't mind shared as long as packet loss less than a few minutes a day. Just seeing if I can make my network more usable for the handful of users in China we have.

95% of the provider with China Direct Route in HK or JP does not offer BGP services.
I know that is why I'm asking. I'm tired of using google translate with 20+ chinese hosts. And I don't need BGP, just need to allow spoofing my own ip.
An old bike will never ride like a motorcycle. Chinese folk wisdom.
StarryDNS has this in JP on SoftBank/KDDI but you'll have to pre-purchase a year if you want BGP without paying a rather large fee.
Not sure if there are communities in Tokyo but there are the INAP/UNITAS communities for Osaka.
Are you considering Singapore?
Maybe. it depends on the ping and price. But based on what I've seen before it is more expensive or more ping/packet loss than the other locations.
