There aren't datacenters from Amsterdam active here. I would recommend to take a look at NorthC or Iron Mountain. A 3 kW rack should be around €1200 MRC.
We are able to offer connectivity services in most datacenters in AMS.

While we are of course able to help, I don't think we'll be able to beat some of the parties who have already responded and are in Amsterdam area. The closest Compute PoP we have is > 100 km from Amsterdam :-)
