4GB RAM VPS under $30/yr?

Hello, looking for a VPS with 4GB RAM, 2 vCPUs, and 50GB SSD storage for under $30/year. Any location works. I understand it's a tight budget, but that's what I have. Any suggestions would be appreciated! Thanks.

    @NDTN looking at BudgetKVMAZ-1. does this data center have a different storage option? looking for more space ok if slower disk speeds just on a tight budget brother
