RAM: 384GB+ DDR4/DDR5
HD: 2x 1TB NVMe + 1x 1TB+ NVMe (preferred) or SSD
IPv4: 1 with DDoS Protection, 1TB@500m+ bps; initial traffic could be around 500~600GB to download required software but it would be minimal later
OS: Redhat EL9 or SUSE SLES15 compatible

Hi,
could provide this as a VDS with Intel SP Gold 6230 CPU and redundant NVMe space for that price for 1-2 months. After that the price would increase quiet drastically.
For physical hardware the budget is too small for this specs.
