Serva One - Scam

I got Swis VPS on there
VPS was unusable (losing connection etc.), SSH fingerprint was constantly rotating onto something different.
I coudnt make any use of server like that
Eventually I requested refund, partially one so no one feels scammed
They agreed, and eventually purged whole support ticket instead of doing refund

So yes
https://serva.one
Are definitely scammers

1Gbps unlimited for 3 euros? Yeah sounds about right

On the bottom of the page, do you see the "Refund Policy". Did you read it?

I think I know the answer.

I put ticket about issues within first 24hours.
And they agreed onto doing refund, accepting terms.
Then they purged my ticket history.

I wasnt expecting to push 300TB neither 30TB, 3TB at best. I was expecting to have 1Gbit burst when needed

  • I'm a simple man. I see scam claim, i click.

    1. To get a refund, you need to open a ticket with financial customer support.

Are you sure you opened a ticket with billing, and not with technical support?

  • ... and

"11. Refund is possible only after verification of the user's passport data for individuals."

Are you prepared to send them an ID/passport scan to get your 3€ back?

They agreed to send me back money over crypto, requested wallet ID. (then purged conversation)

It was pretty long ticket escalating from issues onto refund request. So probably not, but it doesnt matter. VPS was paid for 6months.
Made refund terms pretty optimal for both of us, they keep money for first month + support time another 3euro. They refund me 12euro. (on which they agreed)
Not that I care much, just care enough to make scam warning thread

I dont think so, thread is merely warning and review.
Lowendtalk forum is good place for.

Congratulations. Your refund has been re-optimized, for them.

Its not good to treat everyone like prick by default, but when you confirmed someone is one. You can.

I'm fairy sure due thread like this their balance will be affected more than my one.
Since if I was seeing thread like this one before ordering I wound't order obviously.

    Then he has impunity.

  • Whole thread ended up to be misunderstanding.
    They are not scammers
They have some bug in ticket panels.
Ticket was moved onto archive but archive is empty so from my side it looks like ticket was purged (since there are none)
But I've got message over email that they send refund, and by now I received refund.
I would kindly ask moderator to remove this thread so it wont make them bad look @angstrom

No doubt on this. I'm maintaining unique login password pair for every website

  • I was dumb to not check first, and I've fell for the same just 2 days ago.
They deny it, and then don't reply. Thankfully it was just 3 euro...

It's not just sometimes connection loss btw. It's as often as every couple of minutes and sometimes lasts for a while (can't even connect to SSH during this because it outright rejects the connection during this).
Was lucky to be able to install speedtest-cli and run a test before it disconnected me — ~650mbps.
