looking for budget dedi in USA
i'm looking for a cheap dedi in eastern/central US. minimum specs:
- 4 cores (preferably 6/8 cores and AMD cpu)
- 32gb ram
- 500gb ssd/nvme (preferably 1tb)
- unmetered (or high traffic) @ 1gbps (ddos protection would be great)
- 1 ipv4
i've already tried fiberstate, the server is amazing but ping times are a bit high since they're in the west.
i've also tried hoponenetworks, ping times are great but the network is a bit slow (issue is upstream, been waiting ~2 weeks for resolution)
budget is around $40/month.

will definitely keep an eye out for that one. the dual xeon 5520 deal from wholesale is also great, but also out of stock.
If Eastern Canada is fine too, there's OneProvider and OVH eco (no 1Gbps sadly).
