    Okay and support wise, whats the avg response time? and whats the most you can take care of? I pretty much have taken care of most of the things that my clients needed help with but if there was some issue I was unable to fix, would your team be able to lend a hand once in a while when we open a ticket?

    also is overselling aka overallocating enabled on cpanel? I had bought a cpanel reseller plan from racknerd and they didn't have it enabled so I wanna be sure before I go with cpanel crate.

    Depends on the complexity of the issue, overall average is probably a couple hours - realistically that's 30-45m during daytime and evening US hours, 3-4 hrs US overnight depending on severity and how busy the guys are with BuyVM tickets/etc.

    Will need to bring on some more help when we move into APAC.

    None advertised at this point, but we've had to mitigate a few attacks.

    We've got the option of Path if needed, also working on building our own inline filtering for the most common attacks.
