I can't. Reseller plans come with metered bandwidth. Reseller plans can be found here. I simply did some digging out of curiosity because someone brought up that offer in a comment.
Unlike reseller plans, the non-reseller plans (or standard hosting plans) do come with unlimited bandwidth but also with less space. Par example: the plan Hosting Starter has same price as the plan Reseller Starter but reseller has more space and limited bandwidth, while the standard has less space with unlimited bandwidth, both on the same price point.
Basically the provider reduced the price for our fine community on these lowest plans. I highly appreciate @VPSSLIM for trying to offer us great offers during summer.
At the end of the day I guess it is about what customer needs, whether is space or whether it is bandwidth. Feel free to choose while stocks last (12 hours?). Keep note the offer of €1 hosting is in Estonia, while reseller hosting I assume is located in Lelystad (Netherlands) - for some customers location matters too.

I use gmail, and all emails from registration to ordering go to the spam box.
I think its in nginx unit, I could't figure how to set it up though

When this happens, even if I enter my username and password, it doesn't work.
I try to log in to phpmyadmin in Client Area.

I think this is because HostSlim has not set up automatic login to phpmyadmin.
Reseller Hosting
That login popup is for a MySQL database. Enter a credential and you'll be logged in to phpMyAdmin, but you have to create one in DirectAdmin first.
when people buy reseller hosting, they ready have clients? or is more worth the price:resources ratio?
People buy reseller not just because space, but also because you get to create separate client accounts within the reseller DirectAdmin panel.
Please note the difference in bandwidth, since the bandwidth of reseller accounts is metered to probably avoid abuses. However, this is all a bit confusing, since the website states unlimited bandwidth, yet the client area shows metered values. My guess is reseller is actually metered because normal prices of Reseller Starter and Hosting Starter are the same.

I'm also on the same server. I can create a database with a username and password, and I can log in to phpMyAdmin via that popup just fine. I tested it just now.

If you check the latency, I think yes. But if you check the location based on the IP, it is located in Los Angeles. I think there is a delay in updating the location or something.
