Hi, I got the message "The coupon code 'LET330' is invalid." for Ryzen 1G.
Please let me know how can I finalize my order.
Out of stock, and Coupon LET330 is invalid on Ryzen 1G
Now offers will be released soon
@xHosts how much for extra ipv4's?
Bye bye 330TB plan you lasted a whole 21 days.
As above it did not last long but I am not surprised as UKDSL has 50TB included on the plan and you pay £20/m for 100TB or £100 for unmetered 1G
That said it was goodish while it lasted, considering it was meant to be Ryzen I would hazard a guess the cores were massively oversold as it was not Ryzen performance by anymeans but I was able to use it at least for what I needed and I got to use at least around 40% of the "3303TB"

why my node is 100mbps?? why not 2Gbps as promise??
The above email that was sent early hours this morning. That explains everything.
All refunds have been made
Card refunds can take a few working days to arrive back the payment card but have been issued.
If you think you have been missed send a ticket I will double check your refund has been made.
lol this was scam from the beginning
Don't scams leave people out of pocket?
No refunds given, I have given refunds instantly, people have used the services for approx, 3 weeks.
Do you know why I don't have full time to deal with 30 + abuse reports for just one of these VPS sold.
Maybe learn what scam means first kiddo
If it was purely just one problematic client/vps generating abuse, would it have been easier and more profitable to simply suspend (or even refund?) that one specific client and let all other non problematic services continue without the need to give full refunds to everyone leading you to potentially be out of pocket?
Out of the limited number sold 6 had been abused.
I do not have the time to mess around when they are such a low cost deal too.
I also have personal issues that will limit my time, tomorrow my mother is to undergo a 3 way heart bypass which I will be her carer during the recovery period.
Dealing with ongoing abuse would take time away from giving support to other customers, bringing the ip block issues such as abuse listings. Too many abuse reports could lead to the block being suspended which is not worth it for the limited income from the small amount sold.
I have sold other servers and had no abuse, but seems this offer attracted abuse, for the small income from them it’s not worth the impact on other clients.
For me it isn’t even about the fact you suspended services and refunded it’s more about the lack of respect you show to your customers.
A quick google search for this company will show you they seem to change the name / company information every few months.
Regardless of how enticing the deals may be I wouldn’t touch services from this company and if you do then make sure you have a disaster recovery plan.
@xHosts Please for the sake of this community just stop hosting our community does not need anymore summer hosts
I mean I will give you one thing, you have indeed issues the refund which frankly I got my £4 worth and was not expecting a refund at all but it is very much appreciated.
As I said I used a fair chunk (from the 1st to now around 100TB), I understand people have personal things though but I do believe this was always doomed to fail 330TB for £4 was never going to work.
On the other foot I hope personally you can sort your IRL stuff out and thanks for the free VM I suppose haha
