Also been using SolidSeoVPS for 2 months now. Fastest support I got was within the minute I put the ticket in and at most 10 minutes. Only down time was the Dallas power outage. Never had any weird problems and you can install custom ISOs. Note tho, they don't have private networking between servers (yet according support). So far I like SolidSeo over other providers I tried(contabo, databasemart, vpscheap, vpsserver < OVH == SolidSeo).

Traffic isn't that problematic in my opinion (a little scaling obviously still wouldn't hurt). All but the 3 most expensive dedis having just a single disk is a little sad though.
