They probably just ban all datacenter IPs too, so I doubt VPS would work. I self-host my VPN, and it is blocking me.

Probably multiple IPs from your same IP range got involved in some unethical practices and got the whole IP block enlisted on some crowd-sourced blacklists which certain service providers implemented in their fraud detection system.
My IP now started to become perplexed after reading this thread over TCP.

I have my residential IP blacklisted on some sites. Not sure if it is GeoIP thing.
