That's good as it'll probably be very hard to get anything at all. https://jinet.org/ (no personal experience) seems be at least selling the location. $230/m... ExoticVPS lists http://cloud.mtel.mo/ Good luck. In general you are probably better off going for some geographical non-China location or Hong Kong.
@AkileCloud have got Macao machines but tech specs are low end.
Is Macao a must or will Hong Kong be ok?
