@ArgonMan is also an option, but there's no assurance he'll respond, given everything that's happened. In simpler terms, you're at a dead end.
Lets be real, he's not going to respond. - he was caught red handed lying about who actually owned Hostaris when operating it as a front for a banned member of the community. It actually astounds me he hasn't been banned here himself considering his conduct around this whole situation.
To be completely honest, whether he's banned or not isn't a big deal to me. He was just a puppet in the whole affair. Nothing more. The moderators banning the hostaris official account and Ellis, who was the mastermind behind it all, was the real necessity.
UPDATE: the paypal customer service has helped me retrieve the refund.
