  @crunchbits also has storage plans on both sides of the US if you're interested, but more than 8TB is outside of your budget and they're also out of stock. They might have something available though if you ask, $24/month for 8TB: https://crunchbits.com/vps/storage

  You may also have to ask for clarification if they'll allow private tracker torrents
