    I did, but since you did not specify any Generation or model, me and probably @Calin offered you Xeon Gold CPU's that can match some Ryzen and Epic Models.

    I Guess that you do not need Ryzen 3500U cpu's right? :D

    @hozan if you wish AMD, I respect that, just be sure to check out the GB6 scores at least, as to my surprise, some older gen AMD Ryzen and Epyc score much lower then a Xeon Gold or even some Xeon V4's.

    Yes, newer AMD models will blow Intel past Saturn in performance. ( some even to another galaxy :D )

    Something like:

    I need a minimum of Ryzen Gen 5 ( like 5600x )
    6 -8 Cores, 16 GB RAM
    150GB SSD / NVME ( not Spinning rust AKA HDD )
    Use case: windows RDS, or whatever.

    This way providers can give you offers that are much close to your needs, also by this you will not have a ton of useless offers an 27K pages of bla bla bla :)

    I will use a Java based bot software. We need to open and run 4-5 of them, which requires a lot of Cpu and Ram usage since it is Java based.

    VPS with dedicated cpu cores ....

    4 cores Ryzen 7950X3D
    16 GB
    480 GB NVMe

    for 14,xx EUR without VAT. Within your budget, 2 cores missing, but a much stronger CPU than your 5xxx Epyc you targeted.

    Or you take Epyc.

    Location: France , Germany also available for a bit more $$$

    6-8 VDS ( dedicated resources ) is for any CPU unrealistic for 10-15 EUR and also unrealistic for Ryzen.

    I think in this budget, you won't get Ryzen CPUs with dedicated resources.

    It will cost you around 37Euro, CPU: ryzen 7950X
