Estoxy.com is legit or not?
Actually i'm looking a offshore dedicated server in good price and i found a website that is estoxy.com
Also there is lots of servers in netherland location but I confuse this site is legit or a reseller because there is no any reviews about it. I'm afraid...

What makes you want to order from exactly this company and not some well known provider if you seemingly know nothing about it anyways?
Edit: I'm not exactly sure what kind of offshore characteristics you expect to get by renting a Dutch server in general.

Well, you also haven't explained what draws you to this particular company when there's a whole array of well known businesses selling Dutch servers (even of the more shady variety if you fancy that). Chances you'll get much or really any feedback on some random Estonian company are pretty low and it just looks more and more like shilling, even if i had given you the benefit of doubt going by your posting history.
