It seems the site is not official, here's a refund suggestion
Hi there,
It's Fran, CEO at Internxt
Could you please send us an email to [email protected] so that we check this for you?
Thank you
Donate it.
If you have been following the news Internxt about a week ago downgraded all free plan accounts to 1 GB. Maybe they are in a cash crunch right now and need the money.
Interesting Poll results.
I see the payment was already processed and your account has 10TB of storage
Thank you
Hi,
I have a 10TB storage display right now. However, why does it appear beside the free label? This implies that I was given the 10TB at no cost. "You are on a Free plan."
In addition, even when I pay, I never get an email confirmation.
What happens if you later assume incorrectly that I am a free user? Like when you downgraded all free users from 10gb to 1gb.
I just got email from internxt:

Look at the date.
Is this why it says "You are on a Free plan" on my account? even if I've already paid for it?
Was this a bug?
I don't comprehend at all. Why did one individual say one thing while another stated another? From the same company.
I still have difficulty understanding why you did this in the first place!
(Otherwise, I guess that all you can do at this point is to be persistent)
Or how. Even after allowing the crap ton of javascript they want to run all their site displays is "Application error: a client-side exception has occurred (see the browser console for more information).". I couldn't order anything there if my life depended on it. Clearly a milestone of web4.0 technology...
