We are partnered with Pax8 the only Integration they offer is for Office 365 via there official plugin ,
Pax8 has 24/7 support if you ever need things , there team always about to call you or jump on a teams when needed, when we'ved logged crits in the past had call backs in under 30mins .

I am mainly an MSP, we push around 2k a month in MS alone. - I have used PAX8 for a while. They also had integration with HostBill.
PAX8 are OK. Support is 24/7 but that doesn’t mean you will get help 24/7 in my experience. If issues lie somewhere else it depends on their support times.
I have used the WHMCS module since early release and I sent bug requests etc… they were fixed early on, but that’s another story.
With Microsoft, I would be super careful and just offer month to month at higher prices. If you get scammed or poor payers you won’t loose a lot of money and If people don’t pay for renewals, you may still end up getting billed on yearly renewals that you are tied too. Also in my experience there is a bit more to Office365 to secure it better, maybe add some rules and tweaks. All this means you can and should charge more. Also think of support. If clients have issues with office365 you become thier point of contact in the Microsoft portal.
