I need a Japanese VPS (or VPN) for VPN (Socks) I don't need Public IP, Nat works for me.

I need for my personal use to access exclusive Japanese content in stores like DMM/Fanza, also that the IPs are not BlackList on those mentioned sites.

Traffic like (100Gb/Month)

My Annual Budget is 12USD

    If you just use it for web browsing, you can try to using VpnGate.
    Do not login any of your accounts or make any payment operations on VpnGate.
    Don't trust this public vpns.

    I think there are many VPS that can unlock DMM/Fanza.
    But your budget seems a bit low for Japan VPS.

    Also if the sites you want to access are very restrictive, usually need residential ip to unblock them. That will cost more.
