We're expanding our network of frontend caching proxies. We have three currently, and all are 4core / 8GB RAM Debian boxes with 100mbps *unmetered (actually 50-100TB, you know how it goes) bandwidth. They run us around $35-40USD per month. We're looking for 1-2 more with similar specs and pricing with a new provider to set up an account with to diversify a little. We've had our current ones for several years, and it seems like this bracket of VPSs are getting harder to find.
Crypto isn't required (paypal would be fine) and we follow DMCA willingly, but its for a 4chan-style imageboard site so it gets a lot of political flack, frivolous complaints, "hate speech" complaints, bitching about hentai and magnet links, and occasional 4am CSAM spammer attacks that we always ban and delete promptly. Looking for a host willing to round-file the bullshit and not bother us unless there's a real problem. Non-US based is somewhat preferred though not strictly required, and we would like to avoid hosting in China, Moldova, Norway, Russia, the EU/UK, or Ukraine if at all possible due to the various combinations of political instability and crazy speech laws.

More than ~70TB isn't possible with 100 Mbit/s.
It's actually 32.4 TB (100/8 = 12.5 MB/s, 12.5 * 3600 * 24 * 30 = 32400000 MB per month). And that's assuming you could achieve 100% use with no packet loss.

No, because you can do out+in. An average month has ~30.4 days, so the maximum traffic per month with 100 Mbit/s is 30.424360012.52=65664000MB which is approx. 66 TB.
