Start with 3 cores
Start with 1GB RAM
Start with a 15GB hard drive
If the network conditions are good, it is best to start with 500GB of traffic per month.
The location needs to be European, as close to Luxembourg as possible.
I mainly use it for website database services, so the hard disk read and write should not be too low.

Budget $5 per month
