I am looking for a dedicated server in Europe for storage, preferably with a 10gbps port.
Any recommendation?

Peering with decix is appreciated, a processor starting with an E5-2690V2 is sufficient, 64GB memory is perfect.
As for storage, it depends on the number of disks (for the raid) but something in raid 5, a minimum of 35TB could be usable

I mean, I understand what is shared 10Gbit, but what is "1Gbit bandwidth on 10G port"?
Can I burst DL/UL with 2-3-...-10 Gbit or that server will max only 1Gbit?
