Not many people instant deploy these. DataWagon has similar hardware ready and ReliableSite has some but are often out of stock now. Nobody does IPs at $1 though.

Like the others said, WebNX/Gorillaservers is relatively reliable. There's at least 2 providers on LET that reseller on their hardware.
