EU Based Dedicated Server with Intel iGPU

Hi,
I am looking for a good deal on an EU based Dedicated Server with an Intel CPU with iGPU ( at least generation 7) .
Other than that SSD is required with 500GB to 1 TB Storage, at least 32 GB RAM, minimum 1 Gbit Port with at least 20 TB Traffic.
Looking for deals sub 30€ per month .
Any help very appreciated.
