Both, the session can be arranged but as I am matching the prices offered by GS with a 10% discount spending time doing these setups would not be viable at the moment

I studied Cisco commands in college and learned SONiC last year.
Any server settings will need to be done by client for the session, most we have seen use their server as the router.

If you discuss who has to setup BGP on provider side, avoid his company. This is making more headache than anything else.
