VPS in US West?

Hello folks,

I'm looking for two small VPSes in US west for personal VPN purpose. Prefer Oregon or Washington but CA is also accepted.

I need the following specs.
KVM
Any kinds of CPU
At least 512M ram
1x IPv4 and 1x IPv6 /64
1G port
More than 1T monthly bandwidth.

My budget is $15/y for each VPS.

I already had VPSes from Crunchbits, Racknerd LA, HostEONS SLC, Kuroit LA. So, any other recommendations are appreciated.

If you can increase your budget to $24 per year, then there is Buyvm Las Vegas.

    512MB DDR4 RAM
    1 CPU Core @ 3.9Ghz+
    10GB NVME Storage
    1 IPv4 + /48 IPv6
    1000Mbit Unmetered BW
    BGP Sessions Available

I have this plan with me, if you want, I can let it go for you.

Greencloud has a SJC location, might be worth checking it out.
Their $15/yr plan comes with 1C/2G/20GB and 2TB@10G

Thanks for reminding me. I had a Greencloud Tokyo and worked great for years.
