  • How does the part where I pay work out?
Is it like an invoice on every 1st of month or do we have to fill the balance before using?

You need to top up your balance before using it. You can also submit a ticket to add funds for a free trial.

whats the minimum amount to TOP UP?

also is it possible to disable providers? like in cases where I don't want to resell hetzner.

There is no minimum amount of top up. If you want to try our service, you can open a ticket to receive some free balance.
Yes you can disable a provider.

  • so how does it charge me after I top up? does it charge my balance hourly?

and in other case once my top up balance is over and the client still has a active service, what happens then? does it just go on and make my balance negative or does it pause my client's service?

Ok I'm still a bit confused about this whole business model.

    • A customer visits CompanyA (which is the Hosting as per Caasify) and then orders and pays money to CompanyA.
    • CompanyA then places same VM/machine/product order at Caasify (this happens automatically due to the plugin)
    • Then Caasify creates the order at the datecenter/hosting company who is in true sense provisioning the VM. (even this happens automatically via the provisioning host's API)
    • After the machine is created, Caasify relays the information to CompanyA's client

    Is the above process correct?

Now coming to the financials, suppose the provisioning host is selling VPS01 at $10/mo
CompanyA is advertising it at $20

ClientA pays $20 to CompanyA's Paypal. Then with the above process, CompanyA's order is placed at Caasify and Caasify checks if CompanyA has funds loaded, if positive then places order at the provisioning host at $9.5 (5% is deducted as commission)

    Is this correct?

    EDIT:
This kinda becomes the famous cPanel WHM Alpha Master Reseller type (in a way)

Let me explain it in a sample:

Assume you topped up your balance on the Caasify website for $10, and you have two customers. You give $4 to the first customer and $6 to the second customer. As a result, your balance is now empty because you have transferred it to your customers, and you are unable to provide any funds to a third customer. However, there is no issues with your first and second customers' VPS. (You can also revert the process and move the customer balance to your account)
Also, the payment method is hourly. So your customer can top up for $5 and create 5 VMs for six days.

Yes, both processes are correct. I just want to mention that your customers won't see Caasify.

I dont get the benefit. The customer can go directly to hetzner and safes 20% or what is the deal?

Web hosting companies choose the commission. So it can be 0% or 20%.
The Caasify marketplace offers the benefit of ordering various services from different providers in one place. For example, you can order VPS from different providers, as well as S3 object storage, email services, SMS service, Kubernetes as a service, and more. Our solution is similar to AWS but with more reasonable pricing.

there are some customers who have issues with the company directly, in those situations they prefer buying from a reseller.

Our income comes from the partnership with providers.
