  The website is 100% legal (only few adult contents like nude pics with censured spots but not porno or other shits!)
  It is the business related to it that it is not 100% legal. Example: in my country prostitution is legal but not legal is promote it

  My understanding of this conversation is that @soldoni wanted to host something that is potentially illegal in his country and he was being advised to host it in another country with the same law. Hence why @ska advised against it.

  Technically you could host this in Netherlands without too much bother.
