chicagovps having problems?

I've used chicagovps for ~10 years without a problem, this week my vps went down. I can't connect to their management console, and tech support is radio silent. Anyone having the same experience ?

    Can only imagine you are on the Chicago KVM node that failed? If so should be updates on the ticket later today (sadly will be not pretty news for this old KVM hypervisor).
