Instant Deployable Dedicated Required
I need a dedicated server with good uptime and an old provider with in-house L2 support on demand.
Config of the server:
Dual Xeon GOLD 6138 (Or Similar)
128GB RAM
4 x 8TB SSD (RAID 10)
10GigE
I have 2200 Cpanel accounts, and I want to host them. If you have better hardware with instant deployable, please let me know.
Budget: $250

I can see that you have posted a number of thread on the same item, does your budget include cpanel license on your 2200 cpanel accounts?
No cpanel budget is different
For 2200 cpanel accounts I would split in at least 2 servers...
Why did you make another thread for the same thing????
For something like that, it would have to custom built. I doubt a provider has this on instant deploy.
Alright, So I should take a dedicated server and split them into 2-3 VPS ?
No, buy 2 dedicated.
Eg: 2 of this https://www.hetzner.com/sb/#search=595
Put in RAID0 and have a jetbackup server for backups.
Lol raid0 for shared hosting
With a jetbackup server is perfectly fine!
Ratio between price and specs is top! Can't get a better ratio.
For my third backup-backup server I'm scary about raid0, and you offer this for prod.
May be I should reconsider my POV about raid0 then.
I said raid0 for the cpanel server.. for backup you can use what raid are you safe/confident in to
I think one server can handle the load I currently have, What do you think? My servers are consuming very little memory and average CPU usage.
Also currently I have some budget issues also, I am thinking of buying one server and storage and doing software RAID10 into it and using a jet backup server for backups.
What is your take on this?
Also, I never used Hetzner; how is there support? I may need L2 support if I mess things up.
Non-existent support for L2. They will send you a "robotic" answer, that your service is not managed and you should deal with your problems by yourself.
Got it
