4096MB SWAP
60GB NVMe RAID-10 Hard drive

Do you have SG IP address to test?
they have a datacenter section on their website with IP to ping. However i would take those results with a grain of salt. In my case their test IP are routed differently then the actual IP they give. The actual IP is slightly higher in latency.
You could check out @kuroit's servers, for example:
4GB DDR4
2 Core
50GB
3TB
10Gbps
£10.00/mo
Then post in this thread for double cores - if it's still available (looking glass also available here):

Bad Network on SG location.
WebHorizon has (no aff)
SG (Singapore)
For $16.99 / month (yearly). See product specs (aff)
Bad Network similar to kuroit , i think the same DC
Maybe ShockHosting?
SSD-KVM-8GB
4 Cores
8 GB RAM
120 GB SSD
8 TB Bandwidth
1 Gbps Uplink
https://shockhosting.net/portal/store/ssd-virtual-servers
removed my comment since OP already mentioned his opinion.
Bad network all Kuroit, Webhorizon, Shockhosting use same DC same routing on HostUniveral DC
I search quality instead of cheaps servers
GSL Networks any better?
Could you provide Looking Glass IP?
What about...
HostHatch — $12.00 / month
4 Epyc Cores (3 shared, 1 dedi)
12288 MB RAM
50 GB NVMe
5120 GB/month bandwidth
10.0 Gbps port speed
IPv4 + IPv6
SG location
or permute the search parameters in my affiliated LET aggregator (here)
No wait, it went out of stock the past 24 hours or so.
This is my server with HostHatch (GSL): 103.167.150.106
it seem slightly better than Hostuniversal
However still not good connection from Europe
Both DC use US routing way.. which give higher latency and ping from europe
Looking for better connection
Asia <> EU routing is screwed up no matter which network the provider is using (or at least most of them). There are a couple subsea cable cuts in the Eurasia region that's affecting this. Latency only gets worse during peak hours because of congested routes.

We can do this for $12/mo and upgrade your cores.
15.235.181.66 (OVH)
What about 194.102.181.33?
(i doubt but give it a try)
it seems Virtono via m247 DC: use NTT as routing but bad very bad high ping
Anymore to try @zGato ?
Regards
GSL Singapore -> Hetzner via US.
Stable but high ping, SMW5 & AAE-1 (SG<>EU) is still down.
Have you tried the GreenCloud ones? I have servers in both DCs so can send you test IPs.
No i couldnt find his SG looking glass only NL one : lg.nl.greencloudvps.com
Could you provide me ip of both SG DC?
Cheerz
DC01 - 96.9.211.92
DC02 - 172.93.219.97
Also ping this one from a different provider, I think it's Host Universal though: 193.239.166.13
You're basically looking for one with RETN transit, not too easy to find in SG but slightly easier in HK.
Virtualizor Panel, No overloaded Singapore VPS: https://obhost.net/kvm-vps.php
IP: 51.79.177.206
IP: 139.99.9.6
Appreciated again for your help
DC01 use Datacamp via PCCW
DC02 use Leaseweb
193.239.166.13 slightly similar to DC01
Do you have more @zGato ? i already started to take idea, hopefully there is one better out there ? i saw Equinix SG using TelstraGlobal...
I have no more unfortunately, EU - Asia is rough right now, I used to have like 160ms to Singapore from Spain and now it's impossible to get less than 300ms for me
I'm in similar situation used to have 150ms stable no packet loss.
SMW5 recovery date is 10-11 June. wait for a little bit
Try Melbicom (https://www.melbicom.net/) but sometimes they give you overloaded server (you can send a ticket and moved to other node), latency seems to be better than my GreenCloud when pinging to Hetzner Falkenstein.
(GCV: 321ms, Melbicom: 268ms)
Test IP: 103.172.116.3
