CLOUDIE.SH deadpooled ?
Almost a month ago I asked him to reset my root password because it hasen't working anymore, after they were hacked.
He said yes, he will do it, he activated a new service, idk why and then suspended my VPS for invoice overdue. I open a ticket but not answer, this was almost a month ago, I open a dispute with paypal, same problem, NO ANSWER from him, not I asked paypal to clear the situation I want my money back.

Same here, cloudie.sh seems a one man army company and the owner seems very rude and racist. I strongly recommend not to take any service from them, THEY ARE VERY BAD COMPANY AND WORTH NOTHING.
