Our VPSs are instantly provisioned, but if someone sets a weak root password, the order will be hold for manual review.
That's what happened in this case too. The server has been provisioned yesterday, but I didn't had time to reply here.
This is why our system recognise your order as fraud, because you are ordering, than asking for refund.. it seems that other hosters reported you as fraud..

As we already written here, the double BW option is working only for EU & US servers.
Double bandwidth option is available only for VPS in Europe and United States.
Bandwidth is more expensive in Asia and Australia, so we do cannot offer double BW at this price for those continents.
