New to dedi-world:I have just bought a dedi-server,but it remains Pending
And I have open a ticket asking for the service ready time,he says that it won't be ready before 07/06/2024 
My question is that:
Will this preparation time being make up by delaying the service due date?
Or the preparation time itself is one part of the service time,the due date won't change,it is a necessary cost in dedicated server orders

That depends on the seller, but a few days delivery are pretty common as the server likely has to be built and racked.
What specs did you purchase?
