Just got the cheapest 1gb ram VPS plan from DartNode and can't complain yet, support has been quick, and they support Tor exit nodes which is the main reason I picked DartNode. I'll most likely be willing to stay a minimum of 12 months. Hopefully I get an upgrade or something ... TY !
