Netcup G11 rs: they just cut the performance, like 50%? my current gb5 single cpu score is only 900, and barely no support (contact through email? no response for at least half a week? whats wrong with these EU people? this also include you guys, OVH and CONTABO)
Hetzner: hmm, the cheapest VDS one is more than 12 euro, 2 dedicate cores. and i do prefer Hetzner VPS than its VDS.
linode/vultr/do: TOOOOO EXPENSIVE!!!! id rather spend the money on Saizeriya's pasta

contabo: you do can get a 4 vCPU, 8GB VPS in Japan for only f****ing 6 euro, you can 100% use these vCPU resources for 7days/24hours , and you can also get a service with 900 gb5 single core score in morning and less than 600 at night
