That's simply wrong, the steal was only because one user ordered 400 VPS and used the CPU 24/7 100%, @dataforest would have solved it (read the whole thread for more info). I'm sure there are many users who can confirm the usual low steal.

I have no skin in this game of "CPU cores were dedicated or not", and have no affiliation with Dataforest.
But it's unfortunate to see another provider trying to attack them, while not looking in the mirror. Providers should be held to a higher standard.
