Wanted: 1U 120 Watt Europe Colo with BGP and 15 TB

Hi,
I've got a 120 watt 1U server that I want to colo in Europe. I don't really care which country or region. I do need a BGP session and at least 50 mbps or 15 TB of bandwidth, and I'd prefer IXP access and bandwidth over the IXP. It could be a smaller IXP though. I also need an OOB/management drop. Price is a major factor here. I've looked at AlphaVPS, I'll probably go with them unless I can find something comparable that's cheaper.

what pricing exactly do you get at alphaVPS for what exactly?
Ruben @ iFog can probably sort you out in multiple locations.
It looks like 54EUR plus a few euros for an extra 20 watts of power at AlphaVPS. iFog colo is more like 80EUR.
