As the title says, help me provide any information you can about any provider which might be the best fit according to my budget.

Layer7 seems to have only 30 TB, according to https://layer7.net/cloud-server. And there seems to be a new traffic policy. @layer7 is this also for existing servers?
@lukast__: I was privately told that whenever there are inconsistencies in the data, priority is given to the drop-down menus in the configuration page. Maybe the policy page needs an update.

the old contracts will still have 30 TB. The new traffic policy ( which is actually just there to fight abusive usage ) has anyway no real effect on/for normal customers. So they didnt feel it in the past, they will not feel it now.
The shop is not yet fully changed. Thats why the offer that davide posted is still active and of course what counts ( even the website already indicates something else ).
