Hoping to find something cheap (I know I'm dreaming), the cheapest dedi I can find at the moment is $21 USD ($33 AUD) a month in Canada (OVH), hopefully i can find something around this price in the locations above?

$21 USD wouldn't even cover power in these countries, let alone rack space
I thought that might be the case, I'm willing to move out a little further but was hoping the ping to AU wouldn't be too horrible, if you have any recommendations I am open to it

$20/USD can be tough to pull off in the US alone. I know this because my shitass AC is racking up my bill.
AU/SG seem way more AC intensive. So i wager you're probably not within the ballpark for a dedi out there.
