My VPS (NonstopFluffy-VM package) at Virmach is currently unreachable.
Submitted a support request on May 24, 2024 but have not received a response. @VirMach please check it for me.

Was your server in Frankfurt? Because that location's been decommissioned and the servers are being physically relocated to Amsterdam.
I have two other vps down on different servers in Amsterdam. One is my $1/yr server. Hope they come back up. There was supposed to be a move of the Frankfurt servers to Amsterdam yesterday, so I'm thinking it's related

AFAIK it's only if the problem could have been solved by user, but if problem can only be solved by host the fee is waived.
Kinda strange that this is recurring theme and they are still allowed to be part of LET led Black Friday deals

Me too. There was no response to my request for support from Virmach. However, my VPS is back up and running.
It's very normal on this provider.
