Neterra IPs, uses @hybula looking glass with all hybula mentions removed, OP is banned. Looks super normal to me.

Neterra is a Bulgarian RIPE LIR that is used by a lot of criminals like pfcloud/limenet/Dolphin/Silent Connection, Neterra in combination with tube-hosting is almost always a good indicator that it is at least shady.
They use Neterra IPs which can be classivied as shady but nothing more, but they also use Hybula's Looking Glass with all branding removed, that is just stealing and dishonest. Hybula is fine though, nothing wrong with them.
